Ok, so we’re not actually starting a “Coffee Beans for Artists” movement because, well, let’s face it: the last thing most of our artist friends need is more nervous energy. What we are doing is utilizing artistic mediums and creative production – specifically literary, media, performing and visual arts – to get artists involved their communities and to facilitate their creative work. We know that artists and their art significantly influence innovation in all spheres of society. We want to facilitate that innovation.

So we need your money, your time, your support, and all of the finely-ground fair-trade organic dark roast you can muster.

And maybe some cream.

Donate to SAV
Contrary to popular opinion, creative organizations can’t run on coffee alone. If 400 people give $15 (or 60 give $100 or 1200 give $5), we can operate from September to May. We aren’t the least bit snobbish about the size of the gift or how you give it; you can donate online via PayPal or you can mail a check or stop by with cash or bring us your eBay-able items.

Sponsor an Event
Each SAV event has unique needs, which means that mean each event has unique opportunities for sponsorship. Sometimes we need costumes and lighting and pianos. Sometimes we need refreshments and coffee and napkins. There are three ways to sponsor an event:

Make a monetary donation toward a specific event (credited as “Artist Showcase sponsored by…”)
Mmake a monetary donation toward a specific element (credited as “Coffee provided by…”)
Donate the item or element (credited as “Piano and wireless mics donated by…”)
