Audra Almond-Harvey
Audra frequently speaks about herself in third person.
If Audra is told that she can’t do something, she will first ask, “why not?” If that pronouncement is
followed with “because” in any form, Audra will invariably proceed as though divinely commissioned
to accomplish it. Sometimes she is unsuccessful.
Audra likes to doodle and dabble while making great messes that occasionally turn into art. Beauty is
in the eye of the beholder, and Audra likes to think of her perspective as a prime vantage point from
which to observe the beautiful things of the world.
In the past, Audra would write and paint only when depressed, which filled numerous journals and
canvases with scores of unreadable and un-viewable work. Many dead trees were utilized in her
process of self-discovery. Though she is still often morose and melancholy, she has recently developed
the ability to take everything life has to throw at her and laugh heartily at herself, especially when
she’s not funny. Less trees are destroyed in the process, and the resulting art is far more tolerable.
Audra has always aspired to become the next great ______________, but has lately realized that she
should pick one thing at a time and stab at it repeatedly until she finds the greatness within.
